Swedish Monitor Sölve (1875).

Small monitor built for coastal defense, armed with a single 10"/25cm gun. Currently being restored in Göteborg (Gothenborg), Sweden.

I designed this model using a computer drawing package and working from a set of general arrangement drawings provided by the Göteborg Maritima Centrum. Their web page is [here]. See also [here] for a photo of the Sölve.

Approximately 16cm long, about 200 pieces on 2 A4 sheets.

Scale is 1:250.

All parts in the photographs are paper/card apart from the railings, which are made from thread stiffened with glue.
